I'm Dee - Port Douglas Makeup Artist, AKA your go-to MUA for flawless makeup

Originally from Brisbane, I have over 27 years of experience both in Australia and internationally, and I am dedicated to making you look and feel your best for any occasion. Specialising in mobile makeup services, I bring my expertise straight to you, ensuring convenience and comfort in your holiday accommodation.

Additionally, I offer a mobile tanning service to complete your perfect look.

I love working on all age groups and regardless of whether you're a bride, mother of the wedding party, guest, grandmother, or friend. I will take pride in making you feel the best version of yourself.

Initially I worked for Nordstrom’s in the US working on makeup counters for Shiseido and Clinique, where I was trained on both skincare and makeup applications. I completed monthly workshops with Mac, Lancôme, Prescriptives , Origin, Bobbi Brown, Chanel, Borghese and Dior. This also gave me the experience of working on all skin tones, textures and age groups, doing everything from a day look to formals; weddings; fashion shows, and photoshoots.

I am fully qualified and trained in all makeup techniques and the importance of hygiene practices, giving you full confidence when choosing me as your MUA.

I know which specialist skincare products to use to guarantee longevity, even in our tropical climate. (The secret is in the skin prep!)

Each makeup application includes complimentary lashes. I carry both strip and individual lashes to perfect your desired look.

Airbrush Spray Tanning

Tanning for your Big Day can be daunting. Let me take the anxiety away so you can enjoy the relaxed wedding day morning festivities, feeling your absolute best!

I use high-quality products to give you a perfectly flawless,

natural-looking tan that will have you feeling confident and beautiful on your special day.

There are a few product options,

including the 2 hour Original Naked Tan in colours Natural, Tanned, Exotic, or Chocolate.

For a deep Mediterranean bronze, I use a 2 hour Ultra Dark Naked Tan which can provide up to 6 shades darker than your natural skin tone.
